TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Basic provisions

 

These general terms and conditions go over the legal obligations between the service provider (services listed at www.sandralashes.cz in the Top Beauty Studio, Slavíkova 23, Prague 3, 120 00 and the buyer of the services provided . 

Sandra lashes provides eyelash extensions, eyelash and eyebrow lamination, eyebrow adjustments and permanent make-up based on a valid trade license and documents certifying professional competence for the activities performed. 

By ordering the service, purchasing a gift voucher, service or product, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions. 

If the buyer does not agree with the terms and conditions, he has the option not to use the services.

 

2. Order services

2.1. Date of the visit

The date of the visit must be agreed and booked in advance (via the website). The ordered date becomes a binding order.

when ordering, the buyer must provide their identification data - name, surname, telephone number, or e-mail. This information is necessary for the smooth execution of the order and will not be distributed, published or provided to third parties anywhere. 

 

 

2.2. Reorder and cancel orders

Change of date or its cancellation must be announced no later than 24 hours before the agreed date - in person, by phone, e-mail, SMS. In case of late notification of a change or cancellation of the date (less than 24 hours in advance), the provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee (lost profit) in the amount of 50% of the price of the ordered service. The cancellation fee must be paid within 30 days from the date of the ordered service - in person at the establishment, or by transfer to the bank account of the provider. 

 

 

2.3. Late arrival

If the buyer arrives at the ordered service with a delay, the service will be shortened so that the customer who is ordered after him can be served without delay. The buyer will pay the price for the entire service according to the price list. 

 

2.4. Missing service 

If the buyer does not come to the ordered service without prior cancellation or change of date, the provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the ordered service. The cancellation fee must be paid within 30 days from the date of the ordered service - in person at the establishment, or by transfer to the bank account of the provider. The provider also reserves the right not to order this buyer for any service. 

2.5. Payment of a deposit for a longer duration of service than 2 hours

If the procedure you have chosen is longer than 2 hours, we require a deposit for the ordered services in advance, either by transfer to an account or in cash in the salon. If this does not happen, we will not reserve the service. We also ask for the timely cancellation of your reservation. If this does not happen within 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited. 

 

2.6. Denial of service by the provider 

The procedure may be rejected in the following cases:

  • the customer suffers from the contraindications that are listed for each treatment

  • the customer comes for treatment under the influence of alcohol or under the influence of addictive substances

  • the customer comes for treatment with health problems

  • the customer comes for treatment in an unsatisfactory hygienic condition

  • in case of unhealthy condition of eyelashes and skin

 

2.7. Personal belongings and valuables

The operator is not liable for any possible loss of the client's belongings before, during and after the procedure.

 

 

2.8. Cancellation or transfer of the term by the provider

We reserve the right, in exceptional cases, to cancel or move your booked reservation for treatment. For example, due to illness, power failure, etc. If this situation occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to move the reservation.

 

 

3. Complaints about services

When making a complaint about the services provided, the customer must immediately and credibly prove that the subject of the complaint is related to a specific error of the operator. Complaints are submitted in writing to the address of the operator. In the case of an irrelevant complaint, the costs of its discussion will be recovered from the customer.

 

4. Validity and effectiveness

These general terms and conditions enter into force and effect on 2.12.2021.
